- 20 squats
- 10 push ups
- 20 walking lunges
- 10 dumbbell rows
- Plank(15 and 20 Seconds)
- 50 Jumping jacks
- (2) 8 reps incline bench press
- 5 min bike warmup
- .50 mile jog
Breakfast: hard boiled eggs(2), tea(wasn’t really hungry)
2nd Breakfast: Chicken and rice soup, yogurt, coffee
Snacks: Homemade trail mix, baby carrots and protein bar( post workout), water
Dinner: Hamburger, sweet potato fries, water(not the best dinner, but I didn’t make it)
